CONGRATULATIONS to juniors Brittany Bass, Lauren Kaczynski, Shannon Quinn, & Erin Raeford for being selected to participate in the IDEALS Leadership Academy. IDEALS invests in young people who have demonstrated the potential and desire to become positive role models and helps them develop their leadership skills through the a nine-week Leadership School. Great job, ladies!

Off-season workouts will begin the week of February 1st and continue until the end of the school year. Meet outside Coach Murdock's office. The schedule is as follows:

Mondays & Wednesdays: 2:15 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Fridays: 6:30 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.

The Gwinnett Middle School Fastpitch Softball League finished its fifth season with Mill Creek taking the championship in the gold division. The Hawks beat Collins Hill 1-0 in the tournament finals. The Hawks team is made up of girls from Osborne and Jones Middle Schools. The Hawks team members are Morgan Bell, Kristin Cisewski, Amanda Cox, McKenzie Fagioli, Nicole Fronzak, Brooke Laughlin, Cheyanne Leger, Hannah Little, Jessie Oates, Anna Parks, Jaclyn Streeter and Lauren Welch. The Hawks were coached by Mike Fronzak.
